These Purchase Terms govern the booking and payment of initial consultancy sessions with TRUE WORK LLC ("Fetén"). The time-slot booking is made through Cal.com on solofeten.com; the deposit is paid afterwards, via a secure Stripe Payment Link emailed to you after the booking. They form part of the Legal Notice and Terms of Use and are complemented by the Privacy Policy.
By completing the booking and payment you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the booking.

2. Buyer — strictly B2B
Consultancy bookings are available exclusively to businesses and self-employed / independent professionals acting within the scope of their economic activity.
By completing the booking you represent and warrant that:
- You act on behalf of a company, partnership, sole trader or independent professional with full legal capacity.
- The booking is made exclusively for professional or business purposes, outside your personal or household activity.
- You are authorised to legally bind the entity you represent.
- You will provide correct tax data (VAT ID, EIN or equivalent) when requested.
Because of this strictly B2B nature, consumer-protection rules do not apply, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU which is reserved for end consumers.
3. Booked service
The booked service is an initial consultancy session of approximately 30 minutes' duration (unless the chosen event states otherwise), delivered by video call through the platform indicated in the booking confirmation.
The session's purpose is to assess fit between your needs and Fetén's services and, where appropriate, to propose a project. The session does not constitute formal professional, legal, tax or financial advice; it is an exploratory conversation.
4. Price and deposit
The booking price is 100 € for euro bookings or USD 100 for US-dollar bookings, depending on the currency selected in the chosen event. Amounts are final in their stated currency; any conversion to another currency is performed by your bank at your expense.
This amount is in the nature of a commitment deposit: it secures your attendance at the booked session and is not the full consideration for a contracted professional service.
5. Application of the deposit as credit
If, after the initial session, you decide to engage Fetén on a project, the full deposit amount will be credited against the final project quote, provided the project agreement is signed within 60 calendar days after the date of the session.
After that period without a signed project, the credit automatically expires and the deposit is fully consumed as consideration for the initial session delivered.
6. No refund
The deposit is non-refundable in any of the following events:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booked time.
- No-show: failure to attend, lateness over 10 minutes without prior notice, or not joining the video call within the booked slot.
- Attendance at the session, regardless of the final engagement decision.
- Subsequent rescheduling beyond a first free reschedule made within the notice period stated in section 7.
7. Rescheduling
You may reschedule the session once at no extra cost, provided you do so at least 48 hours before the booked time, using the link included in the confirmation email.
Subsequent reschedules, or reschedules made with less notice, are treated as voluntary cancellation and result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
8. Payment, invoicing and taxes
Payment is processed exclusively through a Stripe Payment Link issued by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and/or Stripe, Inc. (depending on jurisdiction), sent to you by email after the Cal.com slot booking. Payment is completed on Stripe's secure domain; TRUE WORK LLC never stores your full payment-method data, which is processed directly by Stripe in compliance with the PCI-DSS standard.
After payment, TRUE WORK LLC will issue an electronic invoice to the legal name and address you provide, and will send it to the email indicated in the booking. The invoice is retained for the applicable tax limitation period (generally up to 6-7 years).
VAT / tax treatment:
- EU business customers: transaction subject to the reverse-charge mechanism (Art. 196 Directive 2006/112/EC). The invoice is issued without VAT and the customer self-accounts for the tax in its Member State. A valid intra-EU VAT ID is required before completing the payment in the Payment Link; without a valid VAT ID the booking is not confirmed.
- US business customers: as required by New Mexico and the customer's state. Where the law requires it, the applicable taxes (gross receipts tax or sales tax) will be charged.
- Rest of the world (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, etc.): equivalent B2B reverse-charge treatment, providing the buyer's local VAT ID / Tax ID.
9. Booking confirmation and contract formation
The Cal.com slot booking is provisional until the deposit is paid. The contract is formed and the slot is firmly held at the moment Stripe confirms the charge of the Payment Link. If payment is not completed within 24 hours after the link is sent, the provisional booking is cancelled and the time slot is released automatically, with no contractual obligation arising.
10. Limitation of liability for this booking
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRUE WORK LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising from this booking is limited to the amount actually charged as a deposit, without prejudice to mandatory rights under the buyer's jurisdiction.
Project engagements following the initial session are governed by their own specific contract, which prevails over these Terms as to scope, timing, warranties and liability for that project.
11. Personal data
Personal data provided during the booking (name, email, tax data and, where applicable, answers to qualification questions) is processed under our Privacy Policy. Stripe and Cal.com act as processors under contracts compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
12. Modifications
TRUE WORK LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Bookings already paid are governed by the Terms in force at the time of payment.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States). Disputes shall be brought before the courts located in New Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to the buyer's place of establishment under international commercial law where relevant.
