2. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents the professional services provided by TRUE WORK LLC under the Fetén brand —creative consultancy, branding, creative direction, film production, paid media and web design and development— and facilitates commercial contact.
The Site additionally allows booking and payment of initial B2B consultancy sessions by deposit, processed through Cal.com and Stripe. Such bookings are governed by our Purchase Terms, which prevail over these general Terms as to price, invoicing, refunds and buyer rights. Subsequent project engagements are formalised through separate written proposals and agreements.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for professionals and businesses. By using it, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
4. Limited licence
TRUE WORK LLC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access the Site and view its contents for legitimate informational purposes. Any other use requires prior written authorisation.
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:

When you fill in a contact form, book a call or otherwise send us information (a "Submission"), you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so and grant TRUE WORK LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence (for the duration permitted by law) to use the Submission internally to handle your request and deliver services. 9. Availability and disclaimer of warranties

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRUE WORK LLC and its directors, employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Site, even if TRUE WORK LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TRUE WORK LLC's aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of the Site (excluding contracted services, which are governed by their own agreement) is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

TRUE WORK LLC, as a US entity, complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hola@solofeten.com including: (i) physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or representative; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) the precise location of the allegedly infringing content on the Site; (iv) your name, address, telephone and email; (v) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; and (vi) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on its behalf.

14. Suspension and termination
TRUE WORK LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, in case of breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Provisions which by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and jurisdiction) shall survive termination.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without giving effect to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in the State of New Mexico, to whose jurisdiction the parties expressly submit, waiving any other forum that may correspond to them.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand, you retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, including the ability to bring proceedings before the competent courts of that country where local law so permits.
16. Class-action waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims arising under these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated into a class or representative action. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter, without prejudice to specific service contracts.
18. Privacy, cookies and purchases
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies and similar technologies are governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy. Consultancy bookings with a deposit are additionally governed by our Purchase Terms. All these documents form part of these Terms.
