This Cookies Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones we use on solofeten.com, for what purposes and how you can manage them. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
The controller of first-party cookies on the Site is TRUE WORK LLC, a US company (New Mexico, United States), email hola@solofeten.com.
1. Applicable legal framework
The use of cookies and storage technologies on a user's device is regulated by the applicable data-protection and electronic-privacy laws of the user's place of residence. Accordingly, non-essential cookies are activated only after your explicit consent in the banner shown on first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the Site footer.
2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website installs on your device when you visit it. They allow the site to remember information about your visit or measure its use to improve it.
Alongside cookies, this Site may use similar technologies such as local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and tracking pixels, all subject to the same legal consent regime.
3. Types of cookies by purpose
- Essential / technical: indispensable for the Site to operate (remembering your cookie preference, language, form state). No consent required.
- Analytics: measure Site use to improve the experience. By default we use Plausible, which works without cookies. If we activate additional cookie-based analytics (e.g. Google Analytics 4) we will request consent.
- Marketing and advertising: measure advertising campaigns and show personalised advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Ads). Activated only with your explicit consent.
4. Cookies and technologies in use
The current list is below. When tools are added or removed, the table will be updated.
| Name / Provider | Type | Purpose | Source / country | Duration |

Current state: by default the Site activates only the essential
feten_cookie_consent cookie and Plausible's
cookie-less analytics. The Google and Meta tools are wired up
but do not load until you provide consent.
5. Google Consent Mode v2 and consent compliance
When Google Analytics 4 or Google Ads are enabled, they load under Google Consent Mode v2: consent signals start in the "denied" state and are only updated to "granted" if you accept. This architecture complies with GDPR and Digital Markets Act requirements for prior consent.
6. How to manage cookies
You can accept, reject or customise your preference from the
cookie banner that appears on first visit, or by clicking the
"Cookie settings" button in the Site footer. Your choice is
stored in the essential cookie
feten_cookie_consent for 12 months.
Additionally, you can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Each browser has its own procedure:
Blocking all cookies may affect the operation of some parts of the Site (for example, call booking or form submission).
7. Global Privacy Control and CCPA opt-out
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request from the sale and sharing of personal information for CCPA/CPRA purposes, and as a rejection of non-essential cookies in jurisdictions where it is applicable.
8. International transfers
Some cookie tools (Google, Meta, Formspree, Stripe) are operated by US entities. These transfers are made under the safeguards and mechanisms required by the applicable data-protection rules. More detail in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Cookies Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at this URL with the "Last updated" date shown above. If changes affect previously granted consent, we will request a new one through the banner.
10. Contact
Any query about this Policy can be sent to hola@solofeten.com with "Cookies" in the subject line.
